Chest pain symptoms are the second most common reason to visit your ED.¹ For over 80 percent of these patients—the cause is not an MI.² Identify these patients early and avoid delays in appropriate care. The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP)³ and the American College of Cardiology (ACC)⁴ early presenter NSTEMI guidelines refer to the need for a serial, multi-marker strategy. They acknowledge that a troponin-only strategy is not enough.

In order to qualify for this offer, some criteria will be required, including:

1.	Implementation of rapid serial cardiac marker testing in the management of chest pain patients who present to your Emergency Department.
2.	Alere field team to provide an overview and train your staff onsite on the agreed upon protocol and test procedure.
3.	At least one of the following Alere Triage® Cardiovascular products must be used.

Upon agreement, an Alere Triage® Meter and up to 50 test devices will be provided to you free of charge during a period of no more than 30 calendar days. Alere will collaborate with you on consolidation of your site’s results.
